Q: “Chris, I just bought the digital version of the Patriot Privacy Kit, but I didn’t receive my email with download instructions. What should I do?”
A: Most of the time, our system sends out your download instructions immediately, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to send you your email. Q: “Chris, I’ve downloaded the files, and some of the pages are blank, or some of the pages are unreadable! What do I do?”
A: Normally, when this happens, you may not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader. To get the latest version, go to: http://get.adobe.com/reader/. We advise to uncheck “Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus” before installing or updating Adobe Acrobat. Our books will give you better security options. Click “Download now” and follow the instructions.
Q: “Chris, I’ve downloaded the files, and when I print, some of the pages are blank, or it’s printing pages out of sequence, only printing some pages, or printing pages with unreadable text. What do I do?”
