Q: “Chris, I just bought the digital version of the Patriot Privacy Kit, but I didn’t receive my email with download instructions. What should I do?”

A: Most of the time, our system sends out your download instructions immediately, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to send you your email. Also, the download instructions do get caught in a few people’s spam filters from time to time. To immediately download the books, go to: http://www.patriotprivacy.com/thank-you-for-buying/

Q: “Chris, I’ve downloaded the files, and some of the pages are blank, or some of the pages are unreadable! What do I do?”

A: Normally, when this happens, you may not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader. To get the latest version, go to: http://get.adobe.com/reader/. We advise to uncheck “Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus” before installing or updating Adobe Acrobat. Our books will give you better security options. Click “Download now” and follow the instructions.

Q: “Chris, I’ve downloaded the files, and when I print, some of the pages are blank, or it’s printing pages out of sequence, only printing some pages, or printing pages with unreadable text. What do I do?”

    You indicated that I could get a book with all the information, and that is what I thought I was buying. However, once I entered my card information, eveyrthing on the screen said I’m not getting a book I can hold in my hands, but instead am getting the computerized version. If that is the only way I am going to get this information, kindly refund my money and take my name off your list. I DO NOT want to have to go to the computer to get the information in the book.

    I thought I would be getting a book. I do not want to download anything like this as my printer is currently broken and I cannot replace it at this time.

    If you cannot send a book I want to cancel this order immediately.

    I was ordering the upgrade as want the books not e version but only went thru as e version for $27 and when tried to order update it wanted to charge the whole $67. How do I get the books for a total of $67?

    Tried the download as I copkied it from the site and got a “download expired” message. Then I downloaded adobe acrobat just in cas this was the proble. When I then tried to download the zip file, I got a bunch of extraneous crap that I have no interest in and don’t want to clog up my computer. This seems to be quite a contradiction to your presentation. I also attempted to email barbara and the address didn’t work (as copied from your site). What’s up? Are you just another scam and shall I have my $ refunded. And are you one of those sites that’s dangerous to my privacy and security? I don’t expect an answer if you are, but if you’re not, please explain.
